Get started with 3 simple steps
1. Have a quick, zero-commitment phone call
Let’s chat. We’ll get to know more about you, your needs and your story. From there we will personalize a treatment plan for you, connect with your insurance, and set up an initial care call.
2. Make sure your therapist & care team are a fit
You will meet with your therapist or care team for an initial session to ensure that you are a good match. If not, we will help you find another therapist or clinician, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in your care.
3. Enjoy ongoing care
You’ll meet regularly with your clinician to discuss your progress and make sure you stay on track. If prescribed medication, you’ll receive medication monthly.
