“Transformation is my favorite game and in my experience, anger and frustration are the results of you not being authentic somewhere in your life or with someone in your life. Being fake about anything creates a block inside of you. Life can’t work for you if you don’t show up as you.”
― Jason Mraz
Hello and welcome,
Emotional authenticity is always a sacred space. As a clinician, I invite my clients to explore their thoughts feelings, and inner world and then to connect and share with people in their lives. I believe in each individual’s power to choose their own path in life and create amazing connections with others. Using evidence-based practices, I seek to offer a holistic safe space to explore, learn, connect and grow.
