She has worked with children, teens, and adults presenting with a variety of concerns including anxiety, trauma, depression, and ADHD. Primary approaches to therapy include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
