We can then work to change what can be changed or do the challenging work of accepting what is. I believe it is important, through the process, to gain awareness of the physiological connection between your emotions and your body. Leading from a strength based approach, I focus on the belief that we all have the capacity to grow.
My role in the process is to help you navigate through your unique challenges and find your path towards healing.
