"I am a clinical mental health therapist, published author, second degree Reiki practitioner, and former massage therapist.  I have witnessed a transformation in physical, mental, and relationship health with a blend of eastern and western philosophies, healthy communication, and boundary setting."

"I learned meditation, and mindfulness-based therapies as a child with health challenges, so my training comes from lived experience as a patient as well as formal education as a therapist."

HELLO!

I offer an attachment based holistic approach to therapy, seeing you as a complex whole person.

I believe in the Taoist saying about the human life: “There are ten thousand joys and ten thousand sorrows.” I believe this to be a profound and inescapable truth.  Therapy offers an opportunity for support through the sorrows and a celebration of the joys.

I value our therapeutic relationship and hold you in positive high regard at all times.

Together we will explore your physical, mental, spiritual and relational health.  We will work together to find where the harmony and disharmony exists and together find ways to create more peace and well being in your life, your health, and your relationships.
