Therapist

"Patients often ask if I am the same in my personal life as I am as a therapist and my answer is YES! – I value authenticity and integrity in my personal and professional lives and I believe humor helps us all not take ourselves too seriously. Shared experience is what creates empathy and understanding, and I strive to connect with each of my clients in a way that encourages trust and self-actualization so that clients feel empowered to define life by their own terms."
