One of my favorite quotes is: “It has to begin, you know. The self-love. The collective healing. The love for others. The emotional release. The liberated pain. The welcomed humans. The perpetual kindness. The honored story. The authentic feeling. The meaningful purpose. The open heart.”

BIO
Jeff has worked across the country from Florida to Alaska, with those who suffer from PTSD, Developmental Trauma, C-PTSD, “Little ‘t’” trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationships issues, men’s issues, and other general mental health struggles. After receiving specialized education, training, and experience and knowing that healing is possible in these areas, he knew he wanted to return to Alaska to be able to work with Alaskans suffering with these issues. There is something special about the resilient spirit of Alaskans and their ability to survive and thrive.
