Are you feeling stuck in frustrating patterns of behavior, or in relationships that are no longer working for you? Do you have changes that you would like to make in your life, but feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to start? I would be honored to help you on your journey to improve your connection to yourself and to others, and to increase your satisfaction with your life. I believe in being warm, validating, and non-judgmental with my clients (and I am not afraid to make “dad jokes” to make you smile). I will take time to listen to you so I can understand your concerns and your life experiences. I will then help you prioritize your stressors and your goals, so we can collaboratively develop an action plan focused on building a life that you envision for yourself.
