BIO

As a member and advocate of the BIPOC community, she focuses on the importance of connecting to mood management resources and de-stigmatizing the utilization of behavioral health services. She believes therapists gain the most insight simply from listening and allowing our patients to share their unique experiences. This active listening informs our care and ensures we utilize the most appropriate treatment modalities for therapeutic success.
Her experience includes providing clinical supervision for those seeking independent licensure, advisory and leadership roles, as well as program development. She has worked in community mental health, inpatient treatment facilities as well as collaborative care settings.
