I believe that although clients often enter therapy feeling overwhelmed by a problem, everyone possesses the strength necessary to overcome obstacles and move toward a place of healing and self-empowerment. Therefore, in my work, I support clients in turning a new page to a narrative that focuses on wellness and moving beyond feeling “stuck” to discovering or rediscovering strengths and solutions.
My style is warm, empathetic, supportive, and affirming. My approach is client-centered, strength-based, and collaborative where I maintain a strong belief in the client's inherent ability to move toward positive growth while supporting the client's journey toward self-awareness. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space
