My approach to counseling and therapy is to be present where you are in your journey, so that I can walk alongside you. I will help you find meaning, purpose, wholeness and healing. It’s powerful and profound to be vulnerable in this time and space of life. I will create a space so that you can feel fully supported and accepted. It is my mission to help guide and empower your wellness. Now is the time to put yourself first. You have made it this far because you are strong enough! I look forward to working together through your journey towards wellness.
