For me, the therapeutic relationship with my clients is of the utmost importance and I believe that through connection and exploration, there is great room for growth, vulnerability and change. I will work with you to develop goals, learn how to curb unhealthy thoughts, work through communication barriers and help you gain the tools you need to feel more in control of yourself and your emotions. I use a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s best fit in a person-centered and humanistic approach.
