I have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years. In my educational training, career, and personal experience I learned to practice from a culturally sensitive and trauma informed lens using a client centered approach. I specialize in DBT & CBT, among other evidence-based approaches, to best serve my clients, help them heal from trauma, and reduce and manage mental health issues.
