Do thoughts or memories from the past disrupt your inner peace? PTSD can often feel like drowning. Like there is no way to escape, surround on all sides by fear. It’s scary, but it doesn’t have to last forever. My goal is to teach you how to counteract these feelings when they occur. Using person-centered therapy, I will listen and understand what you are going through, creating a warm and nurturing environment for you to share your experiences.
