I work from a client-centered approach, empowering each client to discover their own innate healing skills, in order to move more freely in the direction of your life valued goals.

BIO

Kristine is a compassionate and experienced provider who brings a wealth of experience working with vulnerable and marginalized populations who struggle with a wide range of social and mental health needs and challenges. Kristine worked for over twenty years as a Social Worker in the Colorado Child Welfare and Adult Protective Services Systems. For the last six years, Kristine has worked exclusively in the Mental Health field throughout Colorado, Alaska and Washington in acute psychiatric/medical hospital settings as well as community–based Mental Health settings. Kristine endorses a strength-based approach in working with individuals, groups and families. She incorporates several evidence-based trauma treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR therapy.
