I work at providing a safe space to explore, understand and move through the challenges in your life. I am eclectic in my approach to therapy and integrate a variety of interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, interpersonal, behavioral, process/insight, and narrative. My approach is supportive, compassionate, and collaborative.
