I would be a good fit for you if you are interested in a therapist who meets you where you are in life. Through my own personal experiences and challenges, I have gained knowledge and understanding of how life can present us with unexpected challenges derailing our sense of safety or calm. My style is one of warmth and acceptance as we work together to help find balance in your life, incorporating a mind, body, spirit wellness approach to mental health. I have over ten years of counseling experience working in hospitals, community mental health and schools. My focus is working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and trauma.
