HI, GREAT TO SEE YOU!

I believe every person is inherently worthy of love and belonging. However, we hear daily messages that tell us love is conditional, and our worth is measured by something outside of our control. My goal is to help clients remember their worthiness, and live more fulfilling lives. I am gentle, direct, authentic and genuinely care about my clients. I value diversity and aim to provide a welcoming space for people from all walks of life.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and integrates different therapeutic approaches depending on the best fit for the client. My goal is to create a safe environment for self-exploration and discovery. Together we will unpack past experiences, and explore unrecognized patterns, which may be causing personal distress and relationship challenges. In my work with couples, we aim to improve communication, partnership, understanding, and changing invisible patterns of conflict. I also enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families. With children, I use a combination of talk, play, art, and skill-directed engaging activities. I encourage families to be a part of treatment whenever possible.
