My training and approach include cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, developmental theories, dialectical behavior therapy, and crisis/trauma-informed theories. Additionally, I am dedicated to working with first responders, healthcare workers, and other mental health providers. I have experience assessing and intervening in crisis situations with children and adults, while working w/in secure residential settings, as a member of a county crisis team, and most recently while working within two ER settings in the Portland Metro area.
