LMFT, ATR
Therapist

I look forward to working with you.

I am a person-centered therapist that thrives on connection and relationship-building with my clients. I have done a lot of short-term, solution-focused therapy with clients, but I get the most joy and pride from seeing positive changes over time with my longer-term clients. It's important to me that my clients feel safe, understood, and feelings validated. If you're feeling stressed, struggling with life transitions, relationships, grief and loss, or just having a hard time and need someone to talk to, therapy can help. Or maybe your mental health is healthy and you're just looking to maintain that in therapy, I believe in de-stigmatizing the concept that therapy is only for those struggling with mental health issues because in reality we’re all human and everyone needs someone.
