I take a holistic approach to well-being. I believe what we put into our bodies and how we move our bodies is just as important as the messages we give our minds. I want to hear what you need and where you want to be in your life and that is where we start, and if you aren’t sure what that is...then we start there!
Diane is a generalist and has working knowledge of many modalities. Diane has extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT, and some training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
