I take a holistic approach to well-being. I believe that what we consume (food, media, etc) is either nourishing to us or depleting and toxic and that both rest and movement are of paramount importance in our overall health. I believe in slowing down and appreciating the small daily joys and celebrating the steps we take toward larger goals. I would like to meet you on this journey.
Diane is a generalist with a working knowledge of several modalities. Diane is most effective using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure Therapy. Diane has some training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and in Internal Family Systems therapy as well as trauma focused therapies.
