You can expect a direct, warm, and interpersonal approach from me as a therapist. I genuinely care about each client. I am authentic and present for people as a therapist, and I encourage deep processing as well as the development of alternate thought patterns. At my core, I am always aimed with the ultimate therapeutic goal of teaching people to become aware of significant sensations within themselves and their environment so that they respond fully and reasonably.
