Every case is unique and requires various approaches to gain trust. My work is to find healing and identify everyone's inner strengths and connections in a safe, "neutral" space.
Listening to your concerns, identifying core-rooted issues, and processing them to foster growth is crucial. Working on identifying generational patterns that contribute to maladaptive behaviors and patterns is necessary.
While I provide traditional and non-traditional mental health services, I do believe in meeting my clients where they are. Everyone's needs are unique, and I am willing to take that extra step to provide the best health care possible.
